Processing purposes
2GROW BVBA collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalized advertising).
Legal basis(s) of processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1. consent of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The customer always has the right to withdraw the given consent.
Retention period
Personal data processed for customer management will be retained for the period of 365 days necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the area of accounting).
Direct Marketing
The customer has the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of his personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.
Complaint
The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (rue du Printing 35, 1000 Brussels – commission@privacycommission.be).
Storage and Security
Our starting point is that your data is stored within the European Economic Area. However, some of our partners are located outside the European Economic Area and therefore may store your data elsewhere.
